Yes. When you reserve Anderson Ranch Weddings, your event has exclusive access to the property during your scheduled rental period.
Is parking available?
Yes. On-site parking is available for wedding guests. Depending on guest count, we may also recommend shuttle transportation to make arrivals and departures easier.
Do you recommend a shuttle service?
Yes. Because the property is on rural roads and a few miles from town, we strongly recommend couples provide a shuttle or group transportation service for guest convenience and safety.
What is the typical guest capacity?
Our packages are designed for gatherings from 30 guests (elopements and micro-weddings) up to about 110 guests for full ranch celebrations.
Can we bring our own vendors?
Yes. You are welcome to bring your own licensed caterer, planner, photographer, and other vendors. We can also share local recommendations upon request.
What about weather and tents?
As an outdoor venue, we always recommend couples have a weather backup plan. The reception area can accommodate rental tents or canopies, and we’re happy to coordinate placement with your rental company.
